Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a link to set a new one. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your data is removed from our active databases within 30 days, and there’s no un-delete.
Blocking isn’t working
MindBack blocks apps through Apple’s Family Controls. If a session isn’t blocking the apps you expect:
- Make sure you granted the Family Controls permission - MindBack asks for it the first time you start a session.
- If you revoked it, re-grant it from iOS Settings → Screen Time.
- Re-pick your blocked apps if you recently reinstalled MindBack - app selections don’t always survive a reinstall.
Manage your subscription
MindBack Pro is billed by Apple through your App Store account. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and choose MindBack. Cancelling stops the next renewal - you keep Pro until the current period ends.
